Photocent is a photo editing application by Insania Labs LLC that uses artificial intelligence to transform and enhance images. The App is intended for creative, personal, and entertainment use only.
By downloading, installing, or using the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you are using the App on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
All generated visuals are created using AI models and are not guaranteed to be accurate, factual, or error-free. Outputs may contain unexpected artifacts or results that do not resemble real-world scenarios. Photocent makes no guarantees regarding the accuracy, realism, or appropriateness of generated content.
You may be required to create an account to access certain features of the App. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
Photocent does not store, analyze, or retain user-uploaded images or prompts beyond what is necessary to generate output in real time. Your data is not saved on our servers or shared with third parties unless explicitly required for support or subscription-related services.
You retain full ownership of the original images and prompts you provide. However, AI-generated content may be subject to the terms and licensing of third-party model providers. You are responsible for understanding and complying with such licensing when using content commercially.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE, THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED, OR THAT THE APP IS FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL PHOTOCENT, ITS AFFILIATES, OR THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN ANY WAY CONNECTED WITH THE USE OF THE APP, WHETHER BASED ON CONTRACT, TORT, STRICT LIABILITY, OR OTHERWISE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Photocent, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including, without limitation, reasonable legal and accounting fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the App or your violation of these Terms.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the App or by other means. Your continued use of the App after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including, without limitation, if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Florida, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in Florida, USA.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Photocent regarding the App and supersede all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.
